Returns Policy

At TUFF Collectables, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your online shopping experience hassle-free. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations. To ensure your peace of mind, we have a straightforward returns policy that takes the risk out of ordering online.

Return Eligibility

If you receive any items from TUFF Collectables that you are unhappy with for any reason, you may return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be returned in the original condition (unless the item is faulty).
  • Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition.

Store Credit or Refund

Upon receiving the returned items in the specified condition, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or a refund. You can choose the option that suits you best. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


To expedite the process of securing your replacement items, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items right away. This way, you can have your new items shipped to you as soon as possible and avoid potential stock shortages. Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly issue a credit or refund for it.

Packaging and Damaged Items

To ensure that your return is accepted, please do not damage the retail packaging of the item, and avoid applying tape or labels directly to any packaging. If an item is returned with damaged packaging, we may not be able to accept the return unless the item itself is faulty.

Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order amount will be credited to your TUFF Collectables account (excluding shipping costs, unless the fault is on our end).

You can then proceed to replace the order online with the correct details for a re-shipment. If you prefer a refund instead, please contact our friendly Customer Service team for assistance at [email protected].

Please note: If you initially received free shipping on your order, the refunded amount will be adjusted to deduct the initial freight cost incurred by TUFF Collectables, unless the fault is on our end.
